We're sharing resources and supports available to older adults who want to age well in place in their homes, and options for when there are too many risks to being at home. 🏠❤️

▶️ Have you heard of IH's Home Health Services? Our care managers are skilled at working with you, your circle of care and family, your doctor, nurse practitioner and other health-care professionals to meet your goals and come up with a care plan.
▶️ Did you know there are other resources available in your community? From 211/ United Way to SeniorsBC, to Office of the Seniors Advocate, there are local and provincial resources that may be helpful.
▶️ Are you a caregiver? You're not alone - there are resources and supports to help, like IH's Adult Day Services and Respite Care.
