Happy Solstice everyone. Here is a little blog about finding stillness in the shortest day of the year:

As the winter solstice approaches, we find ourselves in the darkest time of the year—a season when the sun's light is at its weakest, cold sets in, and the nights stretch long and deep. This turning point in the Earth's cycle invites us inward, calling for introspection, rest, and quiet renewal.Th...

There was an amazing guy who came along and offered up a sample of a video trailer for this book. I’ve never done a video trailer before. What changes might be needed for this do you see. I’m open to feedback

I did an interview with the great Germana Rovenelli yesterday who is an expert on the subconscious mind and how it relates to recovery, which is a lot of what my book Mastering Excellence in Recovery is all about. Her message is so aligned with the message of MEIR.

Germana Rovenelli came on the show to talk about her journey through hypnotherapy, why she feels it was pertinent to her recovery, and why she is at peace to...

Interesting thought.

A loving higher power,,,why does a loving god allow such suffering?

Ive heard this said over and over. Yet, when I take a step back and look a bit more objectively, perhaps this could be a war on our personal frequency? Maybe, just maybe, there is a little bit of responsibility we can individually take for our role in frequencies. IE: Someone posts something disempowering on FB. It goes out to 400 friends, they all see and then it knocks them down just a bit in frequency. Maybe 20 of those people are already having a real hard time. One guy is so down already, that the post drives him down further, he passively aggresively says something to his his partner that isnt so nice, driving her down further. On the way out he is so frustrated, he kicks the dog who is innocently laying in front of the door. He goes to work, and everyone around him is walking on eggshells because he is having a bad day. Then, What does he do? He goes and vents on FB, driving the vibe down with 400 of his friends, and on and on it goes,,,the ripple effect of destuction continues to perpetuate. Maybe, we could learn to take a breath first, connect to our higher mind first and really consider what reposting this will do. Ive heard some wise masters say we are calling in our own destruction through our destructive thoughts, and more importantly our destructive words.

"We are either conscious or unconscious creators. What words come out of our mouth, become our reality. When we learn to change our languaging, the whole world changes around us" NIURKA

So, how can we develop self regulation, an ability to connect to our higher minds, to be able to to be the calm in the storm? Well, I have good news. This is our speciality. Our niche is emotional fluency. I have written 12 books on the subject now, and we have 6 courses written on the subject. Emotional responsibility is key in remaining at peace. In my latest MEIR course, I teach people how to have an ongoing peace beyond all comprehension. DM me for more info.
