This 4-week Hypnobirthing series is designed to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered as you prepare for labour and delivery. Together, we create space to slow down, tune inward, and build trust in your body’s innate wisdom.

Hypnobirthing is more than meditations and breathing techniques. It is a shift in how you view your pregnancy and birth experience.

Through guided relaxation, visualization, nervous system support, education, and deep mind-body connection, you begin to build trust in yourself and your body’s natural wisdom. Hypnobirthing empowers all of your senses while helping you gain a greater understanding of your body and tap into a deeper level of calm, confidence, and presence.

Join me for a supportive 4-session journey designed to help you feel grounded, empowered, and prepared for birth.

National Walking Month 🤍

There’s something incredibly regulating about simply putting one foot in front of the other—especially in nature.

Walking isn’t just movement… it’s medicine for your nervous system.

When we walk, particularly outdoors, we gently shift out of stress mode and into a more grounded, connected state. Your breath deepens, your thoughts begin to settle, and your body remembers what it feels like to be safe.

Even a short walk can:
• Reduce overwhelm and anxiety
• Support emotional processing
• Increase clarity and focus
• Boost mood and energy
• Help regulate sleep patterns

This isn’t about doing more or pushing harder.
It’s about slowing down… and coming back to yourself.

If it feels supportive, try:
• A quiet walk without music
• Noticing your senses (what you see, hear, feel)
• Walking at a slower, intentional pace
• Letting your thoughts come and go without needing to fix them

Small, consistent steps create meaningful shifts.

This month, consider weaving in a few intentional walks—not as another task, but as a way to support your mental and emotional well-being.

4 Week Hypnobirthing Series

Prepare for birth feeling calm, confident, and deeply supported.

Seeds of Calm is a gentle introduction to hypnobirthing designed to help you release fear, build confidence, and learn powerful tools to remain calm, present, and in control during labour.

Through guided hypnosis, breath-work, and nervous system regulation, you’ll learn how to:

• Reduce fear and tension
• Enter a deep state of calm during labour
• Work with your body, not against it
• Build trust in yourself and your birth process
• Create a positive, empowered birth experience

Whether this is your first birth or not, this series offers tools to calm the nervous system, release fear, and approach birth with clarity and confidence.

No prior experience needed. Just an openness to feeling calm, confident, and supported.

Mother's to be are welcome to come alone or with your partner/doula.
Individual sessions are also available.

Seeds of Calms: Introduction to Hypnobirthing 4 Week Series

Rooted In Calm: Hypnobirthing Deepening Series

No experience necessary, all parents to be are welcome :)

One of the fastest ways to signal safety to your brain is through gentle, intentional touch.

Place one hand on your chest.
Place one hand on your belly.

You may notice:

• a subtle sense of grounding

This works because safety isn’t created through thinking — it’s created through sensation.

When a thought shows up as “I’m anxious” or “Something is wrong with me,” your nervous system often treats it like a fact, not a thought.

Thought diffusion gently creates space between you and what your mind is saying.

Instead of “I am anxious,” try:
→ “I’m noticing anxiety is present.”

This small shift does something powerful:
• It reminds your brain that thoughts are experiences — not truths
• It reduces emotional intensity by engaging your observing mind
• It signals safety to your nervous system, helping it settle
• It creates choice, instead of reactivity

You’re not pushing thoughts away or forcing positivity.
You’re simply changing your relationship to them.

With practice, this builds resilience, emotional regulation, and self-trust — especially when stress or anxiety feels constant.

A New Year Doesn’t Have to Mean Hustle.
Although we’ve entered a new calendar year, we are still in the season of rest and restoration.
