In speaking with an old friend today, they mentioned that they've lost who they were along their journey and are trying to find themselves again. When you lose yourself, it means you've lost confidence and belief in yourself. So how do you gain that back?
Ask yourself these questions: What scenario(s) has/have happened where I lost myself? Why did that happen, and why did I let it happen? Why did I let it affect my emotions and my confidence?
Start with the root of it all, and if that means going back 10-20 years.. then that's where you start!
