The secret is finally out...

There have been whispers over the past year, and I couldn't be more excited to finally share what I've been working on.

I'm incredibly proud to announce that Sarah Richardson Manual Osteopathy is evolving into Ascend Integrative Health.

This is so much more than a name change—it's the realization of a vision that's been growing for a long time.

Ascend Integrative Health is a multidisciplinary clinic created to welcome people from all walks of life. Our mission is simple: to help you improve your quality of life so you can live it the way you choose. Whether your goal is to move without pain, return to the activities you love, improve your performance, or simply age well, we're here to provide the guidance, support, and expertise to help you get there.

In collaboration with Aligned Athletics, we're bringing together healthcare and fitness to create one of the most comprehensive approaches to health, longevity, and performance. By combining our expertise, we'll build individualized treatment plans and clear roadmaps designed to help you achieve your goals—whatever they may be.

We believe your healthcare shouldn't exist in silos. It should be collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping you thrive.

This is just the beginning, and I can't wait to introduce you to our team, our space, and everything we've been building behind the scenes.

Welcome everyone! The wait is over!

The space is finally complete and ready to welcome patients back.

I'm super excited to share this new space with dedicated long term patients and new ones to come.

Prices are taxed included, and remember to check your benefits package since most of the time there's Osteopathy coverage hiding out in there.

My service always includes at EVERY appointment;

⭐ alignment and movement screening

⭐ consultation and recap on treatment plan and progess

⭐ detailed patient education about conditions and anatomy so you can understand the process

⭐ PERSONAL exercise program with videos included sent straight to your email, with regular updates throughout your treatment plan

⭐ and of COURSE a thorough full body approach Osteopathy treatment
