Welcome to Envision Psychotherapy! My name is Joëlle Myre and I am the owner of Envision Psychotherapy.

I offer individual sessions and clinical art therapy sessions. I am also bilingual and offer services in French or in English.

Feeling so bittersweet over the end of my grief group! I am so appreciative of their participation and growth! This is so rewarding to be a part of, and I am soooo grateful. I know I am repeating myself, just bubbling with emotions!

Hi folks. I am going to be having a summer and fall intake for my grief group. My current one is coming to a close, and I have to say that I am so proud of all the members for having shown up the way that they have. I feel very privileged in being able to help them come to terms with their loss. As a registered psychotherapist, I can see the impact of the work that I do, and I feel so empowered to keep going and providing these groups.

On January 20th, 2025, Envision Psychotherapy began their operations. It's already been 1 full year and I just wanted to take the time to thank you all for your kind support through this venture. Hi Everyone! I just wanted to share Envision Psychotherapy's Holidays Hours. I only have a few spots left on December 22nd if people are wanting right before Christmas. Afterwards, I will be back in office as of Monday January 5th.

Envision Psychotherapy is happy to present the second series of their grief group: Envisioned Healing. The projected dates are for Wednesday evenings in February-March. The sessions will occur in-person in North Bay, Ontario with Joëlle Myre, a Registered Psychotherapist as the facilitator.

The sessions are loosely structured to allow meaningful healing with the presenting concerns the clients may have around their individualized grief. What people can anticipate is to gain tools on how to manage their grief, learn how to navigate themes and imagery and learn to reconnect to everyday life and to others.

At Envision Psychotherapy we know that grief is not easy, but you or a person you know who is struggling do not need to overcome this alone. Let's grow around the loss together.

The Holidays is a particularly difficult time for people struggling with grief. The safe space at Port North Bay, welcomes healing and fosters resilience. Together we can sit with these tough emotions and find a way forward. Please see attached some revised dates for the group (pushed 1 week due to schedule conflict).
