A little about me:
My name is Brittany McCrea, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of Wellness Waves Psychotherapy. I have been working in the mental health field in North Bay since 2013 and have completed extensive training in the treatment of the anxiety disorders listed above.
I am passionate about increasing awareness and understanding of mental mental health, reducing stigma, and improving access to accurate information and effective treatment. My hope is that this event helps community members feel more informed, empowered, and supported when navigating anxiety.
Whether you are struggling yourself, supporting a loved one, parenting a child with anxiety, working in a helping profession, or simply wanting to learn more, all are welcome.
*** This is an educational event only and is not therapy or crisis support ***
