We are hosting a Summer Solstice Retreat at Tsuga Yoga in Big Bras d'Or. The event will include a grounding yoga session for all physical abilities, an art therapy session which will include your own sketchbook as a gift, and a Groove movement/dance workshop.

The cost is $100 for the retreat, some snacks, water and tea will be provided throughout the day

Excited to be announcing another creative circle event. Join me in making art in a community setting.

Share your art making with others.
Come to create your art: visual art, music, poetry, writing.
Open to all artists. Enjoy a healing/welcoming space together with the intention to share and be supported in art making. Guidance from an art therapist will be available, and a theme or direction will be available during each event.

This event is located at Tsuga Yoga, in Big Bras d'Or, Cape Breton, Unama'kik.
-Sliding Scale $10-$25
-Art supplies available for purchase ($5-$20)
-BYOS (Bring Your Own Supplies): Bring your own supplies to work on your art, your own instruments or writing tools etc.
