Rose Disco was a day filled with mixed emotions.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to the family, friends, and everyone affected by the tragic loss of life at the beach Saturday morning. We extend our deepest condolences during such a difficult time. 🤍
Because of the emergency response at the beach, all vendors experienced a significant delay in accessing the event site. Food trucks weren’t permitted on-site until approximately 2:45 PM, with guests entering at 3:15 PM, leaving virtually no time for setup or preparation.
Gabby and I, like many of the other food vendors, made the best of the situation by preparing as much as we could on the side of the road before we were allowed in. Thankfully, we were able to begin serving right away while continuing to organize behind the scenes.
Despite the unexpected challenges, we are incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by and supported our little business. Every purchase, kind word, and smile meant so much to us. 🙏🏻
We had so much fun creating a special Rosé Disco-inspired charcuterie box! 🌹✨ We added rose petals, salami roses, disco ball picks, and pink napkins to match the beautiful theme. And of course, we dressed the part in our pink outfits too! 💕🪩
