Our newest Meditation Monday offering, Mindfulness & Pause. Is now available. This gentle guided practice is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and step into your week with greater calm and intention.

Starting this Monday, we’re offering Meditation Mondays. A gentle pause to begin the week with more steadiness and care.

Each Monday at 11:00am, a new short, guided meditation will be shared here and on our website. These practices are designed to be accessible, trauma-informed and supportive of real life; whether you’re feeling calm, overwhelmed, distracted or somewhere in between.

You don’t need any experience.
You don’t need to feel a certain way.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Set a reminder, come back when you can, and take a few moments for yourself. 🌿

Registration for this free, two-day, trauma-informed workshop closes this Friday, January 30, 2026.
If you’ve been feeling curious, unsure or gently drawn to this work, you’re welcome to reach out with questions or to see if it feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to know for sure.
This workshop is offered free of charge as part of my practicum as a student counsellor, and space is limited to support a safe and contained group experience.

Beyond the Inner Critic is a trauma-informed, experiential group workshop designed to explore self-judgment and cultivate compassionate awareness. This two-day workshop invites participants to slow down, get curious and better understand the inner critic without trying to fix or remove it. The workshop is facilitated by Pascale, a student counsellor, and is offered free of charge as part of her practicum training. Participants must be able to commit to attending both days to support group safety and continuity.
