The answer? Most clients enjoy their results for 3–4 months, although some may see results last up to 6 months depending on the treatment area, metabolism, muscle strength, and lifestyle.

The key to maintaining smooth, natural-looking results is consistency. Keeping up with your treatments before the effects completely wear off helps prevent deeper lines from returning and keeps your results looking fresh year-round.

Looking at this photo, I don’t just see medals.

I see years of early mornings, sore muscles, muddy races, finish lines, moments of wanting to quit, and proving to myself that I could do hard things.

When Paula suggested this photo idea, I thought it would be fun. I didn’t expect it to make me stop and realize just how much I’ve accomplished over the last decade.

Sometimes we’re so busy chasing the next goal that we forget to celebrate how far we’ve already come.

More than anything, I hope my children see this one day and understand that success isn’t about being the fastest or the strongest. It’s about showing up, staying committed, and never giving up on yourself.

These medals represent races, but they also represent resilience.

And that’s something I’m incredibly proud of.
