Going Forward Class - Wednesdays at 4:00 PM, 2026
Build more knowledge and understanding of yoga. This class is for the student who wishes to move forward in their practice. Asanas include standing poses, inversions, forward extensions, backbends and restorative practice. Instruction will meet the needs of the students with modifications and adaptions. Our newest beginners class starts on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 6:30 PM. This class introduces the poses, and asanas with the use of props, and focused instruction. Students learn the basic foundation of a good, stable, and safe yoga practise. Contact us for more information to get started.
