💙 June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and today we celebrate Father’s Day.

To all the dads, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures: thank you. While many men are natural “doers,” quietly carrying responsibilities for their families, work, and communities, that unseen mental load can be heavy.
Today is a reminder that your wellbeing matters too. Checking in, asking for support, and taking care of your mental health are signs of strength.

Happy Father’s Day to all the men who show up every day for the people they love. We see you, and we appreciate you. 💙

ABA stands for Applied Behaviour Analysis — an evidence-based approach focused on building meaningful skills and supporting independence.

At Mount Etna, we use individualized ABA strategies to help children develop communication, social, daily living, and emotional regulation skills in ways that are meaningful to them and their families. 🌋

Drake just dropped 3 albums… but what does the Godfather of ABA, B. F. Skinner (pretty good name for street cred) have to say about it? 👀🎵

Apparently:
• conditional discrimination is alive and well
• subtle discrimination matters
• matching by feature is now a Spotify survival skill
• and selecting within topography is required before you accidentally put the sad Drake on at the gym 😭

Each album follows its own pattern, emotional tone, audience, and reinforcement history — meaning listeners are constantly discriminating between subtle cues in rhythm, pacing, lyrics, and vibe.

Real-life behaviour analysis isn’t just flashcards and token boards.

Sometimes it’s trying to figure out which Drake album matches your current establishing operation 😂🧠

Choosing an ABA clinic can feel overwhelming — especially for new parents. ❤️

Not every clinic is the right fit, and asking questions matters. Transparency, collaboration, respect, and your child’s emotional well-being should never be optional.
