We use the term "Limiting Beliefs" all the time. But what does it actually mean?
Let’s skip the jargon. A limiting belief is simply an old story you’ve repeated so many times that your brain started treating it like an absolute law of physics. It’s an invisible fence you built in your mind, usually to keep yourself safe, but now it’s just keeping you small.
With all your getting, get understanding. If you don't realize a boundary is just an old thought pattern, you’ll keep letting it dictate your future.
But here is the secret to breaking the spell: You don’t need to battle the belief. You just need to change its expiration date.
When you anchor a struggle to the past, you immediately open up a vacancy for who you are now. You stop identifying as the struggle and start identifying as the person who navigated it.
