Do you ever find it hard to balance being realistic with being encouraging? Sometimes just knowing you are making room for their vision can be enough! Making their milestones part of the plan can keep the conversation on “how do we get there?” Instead of “you’re not there yet”.

Try it out! It can take a bit longer to find a compromise, but the scenic route is worth it! 🥳
