Not one, not two but THREE new patterns are out today 🤩
Meet the (a simple striped knit blanket with a beautiful rolled edge) and the crochet and knit versions of the (a timeless and classic gingham scarf with a fun fringe)!
Three patterns, lots of fun colors and plenty of cozy. I’m definitely not ready to skip fall (my favorite season!) but these colors are making a pretty convincing case for an early holiday cast-on 😉

This is your reminder that theres only 100 days left until Christmas 🙊
Though the holiday makes are already happening around here, don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about fall (in fact I am thrilled that we are getting some slightly cooler weather 🤩).
The crochet version of the is coming out next week and I have to say, I’m loving how these colors are coming together to create that classic gingham look.

The rolled edge on this blanket is so simple that I can’t believe it took me this long to find out about it. Now I want to make all the things with rolled edges 🤩

The -ber months are here! ✨🍂
While everyone is busy with back-to-school and all the fall girlies are debatting if it’s too early to start decorating (never!), I’m neck deep in Christmas projects and secretly loving it 😅
As much as I am NOT ready for Christmas at all (fall is my favorite), I feel really good about not-being last minute and actually checking things off the list.
You may remember this project from last year. It got started but in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it got put to the side. I’m determined to make a second for my youngest son and take a cute picture of them in their holiday sweaters 🥰

Last weekend, I attended my first ever fiber festival the TWIST with my friend Daniela Jaimalis 🌼 | CJ Design

I wasn’t sure what to expect and didn’t think I’d buy anything since I already have way too much yarn at home but we had so much fun browsing all the vendors’ booths. There’s nothing more relaxing and mind-clearing to me than knitting (or crocheting) a blanket. Life has taken me a roller coaster of emotions in the last couple of weeks and I’m so grateful to have a hobby that brings me so much peace and comfort.

Even though it still needs to be bandaged, my hand is healed enough for me to knit and crochet 🙌🏼
