For the past four years, we’ve been on a mission to build something different for our own clients at IVONNE.
Not another practice management system stitched together from a dozen SaaS platforms.
Not another solution where sensitive health information is passed between data processors you’ve never heard of, including suppliers outside Canada.
And not another client portal where your private conversations ultimately still live with someone else.
We decided there had to be a better way.
So we built it ourselves.
CLINIC by IVONNE is our own practice management platform, built from the ground up for our clinic and our clients.
Over the past year, we’ve collapsed more than 15 external suppliers and data touchpoints into our own platform. Client management is now almost entirely in-house, all one one place, with scheduling one of the final pieces still being brought home.
Our client portal provides private, two-way messaging directly with IVONNE. Your conversations aren’t sitting in the database of some third-party practice management company.
Because when someone trusts us with their health information, we don’t think, “Who can we outsource this to?”
We think, “How do we keep it here?”
Our founders have spent more than a decade working in law and legal technology. We’ve seen what happens when sensitive information becomes scattered across systems, vendors, integrations and jurisdictions.
Eventually, there wasn’t another vendor to evaluate.
There was only one option left.
Build it ourselves.
No private equity. No venture capital. No outside agenda.
Just a long-term commitment to building something more private for the people who trust us with their care.
By 2027, our goal is to have removed every external data processor from the core client experience and gone dark.
No digital graveyard.
No unnecessary third-party trail.
Just IVONNE, our clients, and the technology we built to protect that relationship.
Welcome to the "dark side" of practice management. 🦇
