I am so blessed to part of a community Olive Tree People that spreads awareness of the total wellness within body, mind and soul. As a Hatha Yoga instructor it is all about breath and energy that keeps us going with our daily activities. That being said, it is a total awareness on what we nourish and how we feel in our bodies every single day (24 hrs).
