A fantastic weekend at the annual Thunder Bay Martial Arts and Health Expo!

I had the privilege of being a speaker for a seminar on Access Bars, by presenting an introduction to Bars, this fabulous tool that allows you to gain mental clarity.

Martial arts practitioners train physically, but are also very aware of the importance of good mental health!

And the Bars have their place here too.

I try to keep a little feeling of adventure in my everyday life, but nothing compares to leaving for real!

And even if it's going to a place I know pretty well, the temperature is not the same, the people I know have lived a year since the last visit, and so did I. It’s a different experience in itself, and a new adventure for sure. 🙂

What beautiful and glorious adventure will this trip be? ☺️
