To the fathers, the father figures, and the men navigating the quiet complexities of life: we see you.
Society often asks men to be the rock: steady, unmoving, and silent in their struggle. But even rocks are shaped by the elements, and even the strongest foundations need tending to.
This Father’s Day, we’re reflecting on the importance of men’s mental health. True strength isn't found in carrying it all alone; it’s found in the courage to be seen, to be vulnerable, and to lean into the relationships that sustain us.
Whether you’re celebrating, grieving, or navigating a complicated day, know that your emotions are valid. You don't have to have all the answers. You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to reach out.
The most important relationship you have is the one you have with yourself. When you care for your own heart, you show up more fully for those you love. If you’re feeling the weight of it all today, pull up a chair. You don’t have to sit with it by yourself.
