If you’re craving chocolate like crazy, especially right before your period...your body is trying to tell you something.

It’s usually asking for magnesium.

Chocolate is loaded with it, and you burn through magnesium fast when you’re stressed (so, always). All cravings are a message from your body and chocolate cravings is a super clear one :).

So, stop fighting it! Have a few squares of good dark chocolate, plus more magnesium-rich foods like nuts, seeds and avocado through the day.

Comment CRAVINGS and I’ll send you the free cravings chapter from my book that decodes what every craving actually means.

And send this to the friend with the chocolate stash in her desk drawer. 💛

This is actually a good thing. But it’s also annoying. But good ❤️

You’re not standing at the fridge at 9pm because you lack willpower. You’re there because you haven’t eaten enough all day and now your body’s asking for what it missed.

If breakfast got skipped and lunch was small or low-carb, your body has been running near empty for hours. By evening your body cranks the food noise all the way up to get you to top up the tank.

This is your body getting what it needs!

So the fix isn’t using more willpower, it’s more food earlier in the day. Your Evening Craving Monster quiets when you eat more steadily.

Save this for your next 9pm fridge moment, and send it to the friend who swears she has “no willpower” (spoiler: she doesn’t, she has a lunch problem).

Comment CRAVINGS and I’ll send you the chapter from my book that decodes what your cravings are really asking for.

You don’t need to fight cortisol! But it needs to get back into rhythm.

Most cortisol problems are because the rhythm is off….and most of the nutritional guidance today creates cortisol chaos in perimenopausal women.

If you’d like some help, comment FIX and I’ll send you my Cortisol & Blood Sugar Fix.

It’ll take you step by step to get your cortisol back in rhythm (and you’ll sleep better too!)

We can unintentionally make our body feel unsafe. And many current diet trends are doing just that. Your lovely body needs to feel safe to thrive ❤️

Are you eating enough? You might not be….

It was always the diet’s fault.
