Shahz Nail Salon reserves the right to downgrade and/or CANCEL the service in the event of a Late Arrival if there isn’t sufficient time so as to respect the appointment of the following client. A minimum of 24 hrs cancellation notice is required (changes can be requested through the email reminder sent out 48 hrs before the appointment).

New Clients will be required to make a deposit of $20 or for Service/Multiple services more than 1 hour 30 mins a deposit of 50% in advance. Payments can be made in Cash, Debit or Email Transfers. For inquiries about booking policy please feel free to contact me.
