Does your child sometimes struggle with making friends, managing big feelings, reading social cues, or knowing what to do in tricky social situations?
We’re excited to invite kids ages 9–13 to a fun, interactive Social Emotional Games Night! 💛

Through games, activities, and connection, kids will have the opportunity to build skills around:

🌿 Chill & Skill: Teen DBT Skills & Support Group 🌿
Being a teenager can come with big emotions, changing friendships, stress, and a lot of pressure. Teens don’t have to figure it all out on their own.
Chill & Skill is a supportive 6-week group for teens ages 13–17, focused on building practical DBT skills they can use in everyday life.

✨ Teens will learn to:
• Build healthy coping skills
• Manage big emotions
• Connect with others
• Build confidence and self-awareness
• Develop practical tools for navigating stressful moments

📅 Mondays beginning November 9, 2026
⏰ 4:00–5:30 PM
📍 Location TBA
💰 $80/session — sliding-scale options available
👥 10 spaces available
This is a space to learn, connect, and grow alongside other teens who are navigating many of the same challenges. 💛
