As I post about this week I know that many people won’t understand what we experienced and many likely find it odd or weird. That’s okay. I also would have thought that only a few years ago. We have been taught to find answers in books, online or now through AI. I can tell you from my own personal experience that the answers are found in silence and in nature. We have every bit of knowledge stored within us. The world we live in has become noise, distraction and rules. We spend so much time in our heads worrying about the future or wishing things could be like they were in the past. We carry guilt, shame and negative thoughts truly based on what has been taught to us. Four days, four nights, fasting from all things familiar will take you to a state of incredible presence with creation and give you a deep understanding of why you were blessed with this opportunity of a physical life. This week was absolutely incredible 🩵
