At 18 years young, Sunkissed proudly holds the title of our oldest Gypsy mare here at Ponderosa Ridge Ranch—and what a legacy she continues to build.
Over the years, Sunkissed has proven time and time again that age is just a number. She has consistently produced exceptional foals with the kind of quality, temperament, and presence that make them impossible to forget. In fact, two of her offspring have been so outstanding that we’ve chosen to retain them as part of our own breeding program—a true testament to the value she brings to our herd.
As we look ahead to 2027, we’re excited to announce that Sunkissed is expecting once again, carrying a foal by our stallion, Legacy. This pairing combines two horses that embody everything we strive for in our program: kind dispositions, strong conformation, and the ability to produce versatile family horses.
Sunkissed has been a cornerstone of our ranch for many years, and we’re incredibly grateful for every foal she has given us. We can’t wait to see what she and Legacy have in store for us next spring.
