Quebec residents only! ...If you have received a registration form in the mail to register with Dr. Dedam, please come to 2 Isaac street (Waqatasg Elder's Home) to drop it off and the secretary will give you an appointment with him. If you have not received a form and HAVE NO DOCTOR, then you may come to Dr. Dedam and fill one out and an appointment will be given to you.
