For those who know me, who would’ve thought massage therapy would be in my cards? But my deep desire to support others has led me to this rewarding and fascinating path.

After learning and experiencing Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), I’ve added the healing power of frequency to my massage practice. It’s amazing to see how this gentle yet powerful approach complements massage — helping calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing.
