Some facts about me you may not know:

I have five daughters ( angels), ages 19 to 7.

My husband and I are obsessed with self-growth and healing! Our entire library of books are nonfiction focused on this area.

We’ve been to Tony Robbins seminars around the world multiple times, including Self & wealth Mastery in Fiji this year.

I became a lululemon ambassador for yoga this year!

I’ve led two worldwide yoga retreats, one to the Amazon jungle and the other to an island in Belize!

And I plan to be a motivational speaker by the time I’m 43!

1. I’ve been vegetarian since I was 10 years old, when I realized the meat on my plate was an animal I wished could’ve lived a happier life
2. I would love an orange cat (or any cat) but my dog would never allow that
3. I’m halfway through a Master’s degree in Community Development
4. I blackout at the Rotary Book Sale every year and somehow end up with 25+ books I have to cram on my already overflowing bookshelf
5. I have many side hustles on top of teaching yoga, including as a research assistant for a climate adaptation project, a live-in petsitter, a photographer, and a tarot reader
6. I lived in Brazil for four years in my early twenties and am excited to finally go back in the Fall
7. I’m lucky enough to have a small strip of fenced land behind my apartment in downtown Chilliwack that I’ve cultivated into a garden
8. King of the Hill is almost constantly playing in the background of my life
9. I lived in my van for two years while getting my Bachelors degree
10. I’ve always wanted to bake my own sourdough, but I’ve never successfully grown my own starter, so if you have some sourdough starter you can share, please bring it to the studio and I will share some of my marigold seeds with you!

Some facts you may not know about me :

- I have always been a performer from a young age when I danced and as I grew older getting into Drama and acting at school. I thought I was gonna go to be on Broadway as my career as a triple threat!

- I won best drama student In grade 9.

- I won speech awards in middle school! Yes I’m that cool :)

- I have a weird obsession with paranormal tv shows

- I have been married for 17years to my best friend and have 2 teenagers

Okay here are my fun facts.
1. I love to hike but I also love to get my friends and I lost on hikes!!  More steps for the win!  
2. I am an early bird and have a hard time sleeping past 5am even on weekends and holidays.
3. I’ve visited over 20 countries and will visit 3 more this year! 😊

1. I met my husband in the gym over 10 years ago and now we have 3 cutie kids together.

2. I love worshipping Jesus, gardening and cooking with my kids, and hosting people at our place any chance I get.

3. I founded Freckled Jane, a non-toxic skin and home care business, almost 6 years ago.

4. A few things that bring me joy would be taking the truck up a mountain with a few burgers, working on our old BMWs in the shop, and chasing our chickens in the backyard with our kids.

Fun facts about Krystal

- She once volunteered at the Meow Festival just to meet some of her favourite Instagram-famous cats.

- She’s a huge nature nerd and you’ll often find her talking to mushrooms, trees, animals, and insects.

- She thinks cilantro tastes like soap or perfume ..thanks to that DNA thing.

- She’s actually a big introvert and sometimes wonders how she puts herself in front of people every day, but she loves what she does so much.
