Reflexology Practitioner Reflexology works naturally with your body, assisting homeostasis in body & mind. There are a variety of definitions describing Reflexology.

I have taken a basic definition from Dwight Byers' book "Better Health with Foot Reflexology":

"Reflexology is the science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas on the feet and hands which corresponds to all glands, organs and parts of the body." ssure, using thumb and finger compression techniques; to the feet, hands or ears. Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not intended as an alternative treatment. It complements other therapies and assists the healing process already in place by your health practitioner.

I presented my first educational workshop. "Face Reading for Natural Health Practitioners" Two sessions of 3hours each. Participants were very enthusiastic and I enjoyed it. I will be presenting the same workshop next month in Ryley- looking forward to it.
