Think of your yoga practice as a reference: is it really important how pretty the pose is or how quickly you advance -OR- is it more important to focus on the character, compassion and kindness of spirit you cultivate while on your mat?

We believe that being good to yourself, recognizing your kindness + making sure you’re nurtured in the way you need to be is far more valuable than what you can do or how good at something you are.

Take a moment today to remind yourself of how good you are, what qualities you admire within yourself, and how you can show yourself a little extra kindness. No one deserves it more than you ♥️
