Not sure what to expect during a PEMF treatment? 🤍

It’s actually super simple… and very relaxing.

When you come in, we’ll chat about what area you want to focus on.. whether that’s your neck, shoulders, back, hips, or anywhere you’ve been feeling tension or discomfort.

I’ll place the PEMF on that area using the attachment that makes the most sense (mat, loop, or pad).

Then we start at a low intensity and gradually increase it to a level that feels comfortable for you m, nothing overwhelming, just enough for your body to respond and benefit.

You might feel a gentle pulsing or small muscle twitches in the area, that’s completely normal.
There’s no pain… just your body responding to the treatment.

From there… you just relax.

No pressure, no discomfort… just your body being supported while it works to recover and reset.

After your session, you may feel similar to how you do after a massage… more relaxed, a little “worked,” and looser through the area we focused on.

Drinking plenty of water afterwards is always a good idea to help support your body.

Every session is adjusted to YOU and what your body needs that day 🤍

How often should you come in for PEMF? 🤍

It really depends on what your body needs, but here’s a simple breakdown:

✨ For something more specific or ongoing
If you’re dealing with pain, tension, or an injury, I usually recommend starting with 3–5 sessions closer together (about 1–2 times per week if you’re able to).

From there, we reassess and see how your body is responding.

✨ For maintenance or general wellness
You can add PEMF onto your regular massage, or book it as a standalone treatment as part of your routine.

A lot of people come in every 2–4 weeks to help keep their body feeling its best and stay ahead of tension before it builds up.

At the end of the day, it’s not one-size-fits-all.

Every treatment is adjusted to YOU and what your body needs 🤍

Not sure what’s best for you? I’m always happy to guide you.

Not all PEMF treatments look the same 🤍

Depending on what your body needs, I use different attachments to target areas more effectively:

✨ The Mat
Used for a more overall, full-body effect.
Great during a massage or when you want a more general, relaxing treatment.

✨ The Loop
Perfect for treating a larger area like your neck, shoulders, hips, or low back. It works on everything within the loop, making it ideal for those “all over this area hurts” spots.

✨ The Pad (Zoom Pad)
Best for very specific, targeted areas - like one shoulder, knee, or a precise spot that needs extra attention.

Every treatment is customized based on what YOU need 🤍

Not sure what would be best for you? I’ll guide you through it when you come in.

Not every treatment needs to be long to be effective 🤍

PEMF standalone sessions are 20 minutes of focused, targeted treatment for $45.

What that looks like:

You come in, get comfortable on the table, and I set up the PEMF on the specific area we’re focusing on — like your back, hips, shoulders, or anywhere you’re dealing with pain or tension.

Then you just… relax.

No talking, no pressure… just 20 minutes of your body being supported while it works to recover and heal.

It’s:
✨ Simple
✨ Relaxing
✨ Effective

Perfect if you’re short on time or just need to focus on one specific area.

Adding PEMF to your massage just takes your treatment to a whole other level 🤍

When you book a 30, 60, or 90 minute massage, you can add PEMF on for $35.

What that looks like:

While I’m working on one area during your massage, the PEMF will be set up on another area that needs attention - whether that’s your low back, hips, shoulders, or wherever you’re holding the most tension.

Or, the other option is placing the mat underneath you so you get more of an overall, full-body effect while I’m massaging.

So you’re essentially getting multiple areas treated at once 👏🏼

It helps:
✨ Target deeper tension
✨ Support recovery
✨ Enhance the overall results of your massage

This is perfect if you always feel like there’s “one more spot” we didn’t quite get to.

Don’t wait until your body is screaming at you to take care of it 🤍

So many of us wait until:
– The pain is constant
– The tension won’t go away
– We’re uncomfortable just getting through the day

But it doesn’t have to get to that point.

Staying ahead of your pain looks like:
✨ Taking care of your body before it gets bad
✨ Keeping up with regular treatments
✨ Supporting your body as life gets busy

Whether that’s massage, PEMF, or a combination of both… consistency is what makes the biggest difference.

You deserve to feel good in your body, not just “deal with it” every day.

Start before it gets worse 🤍

Why add PEMF to your massage? 💆‍♀️

Massage works on the muscles you can feel.
PEMF works deeper, at the cellular level, supporting how your body heals and recovers.

When you combine the two, you’re not just relaxing the body… you’re actually helping it recover better.

Why people love adding PEMF:
• Helps reduce inflammation while I’m working on the muscles
• Can target a second area at the same time (back + shoulder, hip + knee, etc.)
• Supports deeper healing, not just surface relief
• Helps calm flare-ups faster (tightness, soreness, old injuries)
• Great for areas that are too tender to work on directly
• Leaves you feeling more relaxed and less “sore after”

It’s an easy add-on. You’re already here, already on the table, and it just gives your body that extra support while we’re working.

If you’ve been curious about it, this is the best way to try it 🤍
