I gently picked up this soaking wet, sand covered monarch on the shore of Lake Erie right after a heavy storm. I was supposed to be guiding a Forest Bathing group at my business in the woods but had to cancel due to the high wind/heavy rains. It turned out I did some Forest bathing with this monarch and it slowly recovered. Delicate beauty and inner strength combined.

This relaxing experience sold out so quickly last time that I didnā€™t even get to attend. Canā€™t wait to attend this time....
