💚 An open invitation to join Integrated Elevation for these special morning yoga offerings with horse supported integration.
🧘‍♂️ The incredible MIIA SKYLER 🌸🤍🌊 will guide us through a gentle morning routine surrounded by The Manidoo Wellness Ranch herd.

🐴 After the session, we welcome connection and supported integration with the herd- they all have so much to offer in their own beautiful way.
🧘 All levels welcome- please bring your mat as we have limited extras

It’s World Horse Day and I’d like to post my beauties in honour of this day.
Sahara is an incredibly maternal and assertive lady. She knows what she wants and leads with confidence. She has nothing to apologize for and shows up in complete authenticity. I respect her with every piece of my soul and am grateful for all she has taught me and continues to share with me daily. Her authenticity often holds such big learning moments to lean in and question who I am and how I need to show up for her and others. I love her with all my heart and I am devoted to providing the best care and life for her. She is my best friend. ❤️‍🩹😭

Then there is my heart in a body. Romeo. He is love itself. He teaches kindness and playfulness. As he integrates into this new herd he is learning how to assert himself differently while being his loving and gentle self. His deep brown soulful eyes hold the love you never knew you were missing. He chose me when he needed someone to listen and I am committed to loving and caring for this boy to the very end. 💖😩
Special mention to Jack and Kol ( not my babies) that make up the herd of four beauties that I love dearly.

We have some beautiful medicine making workshops with the incredible Candace Dube of Be Well Botanics
These afternoon workshops can be a great opportunity for learning, connection and grounding in wellness alongside the added support of our beautiful herd of horses.💖.
Oftentimes, as life gets busy and summer plans are on the go -we can forget to take time to soften into our own integrated wellness. ✨
I’d like to invite you to join us on the Ranch for one, or all these offerings.
