I am hosting an event Refined Fool Brewing Co. at the Sports bar Wednesday Feb 8th 3-5 and Saturday Feb 11th 1-3. This is for anyone trying, thinking of trying, expecting, or new parents. This will be a time to explore and plan for your postpartum. Come solo, bring a friend or your partner, enjoy a drink and learn a little about what your postpartum may look like! Please share! ❤️🍺

Hello!! I hope the holiday season is treating everyone well 🙂
I am excited to announce I will be speaking at the Plympton-Wyoming library Tuesday January 10th at 9am.
This is an open forum where I will speak on topics about postpartum and the participants can join in with questions or experiences. This is a chance to connect and chat.
