Today is about more than awareness — it’s about taking action, creating visibility, and pushing for change.

Because:
• Periods are normal
• Open conversations should exist
• Inclusivity matters
• Menstrual health conditions deserve more research, funding, and attention
• Period poverty is real — and it needs to be acknowledged and addressed

Let’s keep talking about periods.
Let’s keep normalizing menstruation.
Let’s keep challenging the stigma — together.

One of the most sacred parts of this work is being invited into moments that feel heavy, life-changing, vulnerable, and deeply human. 🤍

Whether it’s birth, loss, abortion, or the spaces in between — sometimes people forget how strong they are while they’re in the middle of surviving it.
That’s where I come in.
To hold a hand. To hold space. To remind them of their strength when they can’t see it themselves yet.

It’s an honour to walk beside people through some of the hardest and most powerful moments of their lives. ✨
