June is National Scoliosis Awareness Month, making it the perfect time to showcase Adrienne Stinson.
As our Manager of Sport, Adrienne brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people move, perform, and thrive at every stage of life.
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Adrienne earned her B.Sc. in Physiotherapy and Kinesiology with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, where she competed with the Saskatchewan Huskies women’s soccer team and worked with the Huskies Track & Field and Football programs.
A lifelong learner, Adrienne has pursued extensive post-graduate training, earning her Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy and certifications in areas including Functional Dry Needling, advanced concussion management, and International Sport Physiotherapy. This month, we’re also highlighting her advanced training as an ISST Schroth Therapist, allowing her to provide evidence-informed treatment and support for individuals living with scoliosis.
Her experience spans both clinical practice and high-performance sport, working with organizations including Athletics Canada, Rugby Canada, the Saskatchewan Rattlers, FIBA, and athletes across the full spectrum of university sport. Adrienne is equally passionate about youth development and grassroots athletics.
Outside the clinic, Adrienne enjoys coaching youth soccer and other sporting ventures with her daughter, travelling with her family, and staying active through cycling, lagree, basketball, paddle boarding, running, swimming, and strength training.
We’re grateful to have Adrienne’s knowledge, energy, and dedication as part of our team. Book an appointment with Adrienne: https://cravensportservices.ca/physiotherapy/make-an-appointment/.
