• 1lb ankle weights

For Reformer Pilates, we use:
• 3lb weights
• Pilates balls
• Resistance bands
• Dowels
Props allow us to add support, challenge, stability, resistance, and deeper body awareness throughout your practice — making every class feel intentional and personalized.
Not every prop is used in every class. Each instructor thoughtfully designs their sequences differently, meaning no two classes at Poise ever feel exactly the same. ✨
