Nobody really prepares you for how much you change after birth too.

Becoming a mother can be beautiful, emotional, overwhelming, empowering, exhausting, and isolating all at once. You may feel deeply in love with your baby while also grieving your old routines, independence, sleep, confidence, or sense of identity and that doesn’t make you a bad mom.

The postpartum transition is more than just healing physically. It’s a huge mental and emotional adjustment too, especially for first-time moms.
