🌿 Summer Update

In July, I'll be offering sessions at Chitek Lake, SK, as well as distance sessions.

In August, I'll be back in Saskatoon with both in-person and distance sessions available.

Reiki and Intuitive sessions can be a gentle form of support for children and teens, meeting them where they are in their emotions, energy, and daily experiences.

These sessions are calm, grounded, and always guided by comfort and readiness. They can support relaxation, emotional balance, and a sense of ease during times of change, illness, or big feelings.

I offer Reiki and intuitive sessions for children and teens both in-person and by distance.

Healing takes time and effort. Some days things move more easily than others.

Monday, I was going through the motions of my day, unsure what I was feeling. Wondering if it was the new homeopathy remedies doing their work, along with Sunday’s acupuncture session… either way, I had a strong urge to write.

Lines kept moving through my mind, so I sat down. This is what came to me.

I laughed when I finished and reread it. I hated poetry in school. It never called to me as an adult. Yet here I am at 38, one Monday afternoon, writing a poem to describe what I was experiencing.

Justin encouraged me to share it, so here we are.
