WELL, WELL, LADIES!!! 🌸🩷

I just want to send the BIGGEST thank you to every single one of you who donated, supported, shared, showed up, and walked proudly for Flora this past Sunday. The love, energy, and support was absolutely incredible to see 🫶🏻

The FIRST annual Flora Walk was a HUGE success!!! Not only did they reach their goal, but OUR REFINERY TEAM reached our goal too!!

So proud to be part of such a strong, supportive group of women who always show up when it matters most. Thank you for helping make a difference and for making this event so special.

A special shoutout as well to Safe Haven for joining in with us and for their incredibly generous donations to our fundraiser and support of this amazing cause. Your kindness and support meant so much.

FEATURE FRIDAY ✨

Coach Lindsay’s Journey ❤️

Sometimes the biggest transformations happen so gradually that you don’t fully realize how far you’ve come until you look back at old photos.

Since November 2025: 🔥 43 lbs down
🔥 8 inches lost
🔥 More energy
🔥 Stronger mentally AND physically

But the biggest victories? The everyday moments.

Burpees don’t feel impossible anymore.
Devil’s press actually feels GOOD now.
Keeping up with the kids doesn’t leave her out of breath.
And those hard workouts? She’s now able to jump in and push through right alongside the girls.
This transformation wasn’t built through perfection. It came from consistency, showing up, and choosing herself over and over again.

A huge part of the journey has been finding movement that felt sustainable ,strength training at The Refinery, building confidence in the gym, and adding cardio in a way that actually felt enjoyable (because running definitely wasn’t it 😅 shoutout to PUSH for being part of the journey too 👏).

The most powerful part of all of this isn’t just the physical change. It’s the confidence. The energy. The mental strength. The feeling better.

And THAT is what it’s all about. 💖
