Meet Jane! ⭐️

Jane is a Registered Audiologist working out of both our Carbonear and St. John’s locations. She’s been practicing since 2024 and holds a Master of Science in Audiology from Dalhousie University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geography from Memorial University.

Jane has a personal connection to hearing loss, which drives her passion for helping others. She believes hearing care isn’t one-size-fits-all and loves guiding clients to the solutions that best fit their needs. She’s grateful to work at a clinic that provides her with the autonomy to choose from a variety of manufacturers. She also enjoys connecting with the community through educational lunch and learn sessions, and making sure every client’s hearing journey feels supported and personalized.

When she’s not helping clients, Jane loves camping around the island and curling up with a good book.

Meet Charmaine! ⭐️

Charmaine is the dedicated Client Care Coordinator / Office Manager of our Carbonear clinic, who plays an essential role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly while delivering a welcoming, personalized experience for every client. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and genuine nature, she goes the extra mile to support both clients and her team.

Having grown up in the same rural community she now serves, Charmaine understands the value of connection and trust. She takes the time to truly get to know each client, creating a comfortable and supportive environment where people feel heard and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Charmaine loves spending time at her cabin, gardening, roads trips and spending quality time with family and fur babies.
