It was a bittersweet day yesterday as we said farewell to our Personal Trainer/Clinic Assistant, Roman, as he heads out West to begin his RCMP training!

Roman will be greatly missed by our clients and staff alike. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, and everything you’ve brought to our clinic. We are so thankful for you!

Wishing you the very best of luck in this exciting new chapter, Roman! We know you’ll do amazing! 👏😊
