Event Update

Due to unforeseen circumstances, TKO: Total Knockout Fundraiser that was scheduled for this Saturday, August 22, has been postponed until the New Year.

A sincere thank you to everyone who showed their support, shared the posts, and stepped up to help raise awareness for Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario. We can't wait to bring this vision to life bigger and stronger in 2027!

11 months. 💜

Nutrition and health aren’t just my profession - they’re my personal lifeline. There was a time I thought reaching a milestone like this was completely out of reach. Using ketosis to overcome seizures and regain control of my health has transformed my life, and it’s the driver behind everything I do here.

10 months. No seizures.

Countless days of choosing to keep showing up and pushing through.

When the mind starts to wander, movement brings me right back. From Pilates to bjj to boxing to lifting. Training has a way of silencing the overthinking, and letting the grounding take over.

This milestone isn't just mine - it belongs to the community lifting me up. I'm incredibly proud to be partnering with the absolute best in the business to bring you our upcoming TKO fundraiser at Pinnacle Fieldhouse: Saturday August 22 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
