Today matters. Here’s how you can help.

This Giving Tuesday, I’m shining a light on the work we’re doing at the Legion Veterans Village Research Foundation. Just as many have supported my recovery and mission over the years, it is an honour to contribute and give back through my work with the LVVRF. The LVVRF’s mission is to advance new therapies that bring long-term relief for our veterans and first responders living with service-related mental trauma. Please join me in giving back - donate today to help us heal the invisible wounds of our heroes.

For close to 100 years, Canada has been honouring the service and sacrifice of our veterans, recognizing our serving members on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.

This year, as the bag pipes wail and the trumpets blow, take a moment to spare a thought for the families, for whom every day is Remembrance Day.
