Our Rates?
All of our full time/monthly contracts will be based on sq ft of the space, multiplied by the number of cleanings per month.

Part-time or Casual Contracts will be based on a per hour basis pending on number of staff we require, and type of cleaning needed. This price will be charged out between $30 and $45/hr. plus a 10% surcharge.

Commercial Space
The ideal solution for small to medium business services. Includes:
Dusting
Vacuuming
Windows
Sweeping
Mopping
Garbage removal
Chair legs
Light fixtures
Door frames
Light switches
Door knobs/levers
**Tidying up work space – To be discussed with each new client on what this may look like

Industrial and Construction Space – Limited Disaster Remediation
This is designed specifically for your large cleanup needs. These services include:
Construction site cleanup
Large businesses including service shops
**Small disaster remediation including small floods or fires, some vandalism

Residential Deep Cleaning (Move in Move out)
All Residential will be based on a casual contract and charged out on an hourly basis.

Vehicle Detailing
All vehicle detailing will be priced on a per job basis. Prices will be based on the amount of cleaning to do, interior and/or exterior, shampooing or vacuuming of carpets, seats, trunks, etc.
