Calling all fathers and male-identifying caregivers! Join us for a FREE information session designed to help you support your student as they head into the new school year.
✅ Learn about cyber-safety and keeping children safe online
✅ Get tips from a dietitian on healthy lunches and snacks
✅ Discover strategies for creating positive schedules and routines
🎁 All participants will receive a gift card and receive snacks that can be used for recess/lunch

Caregiver Silent Book Club starts next week!

Join us next Tuesday, July 21st for an evening of calm, self care at Anchor Youth Space.

You bring the book (it doesn't have to be about caregiving) and we provide the quiet and relaxing space🕯️

You will get 45 minutes of silence to read, with candles, a light throw blanket if you choose and in a comfy spot to curl up. After the 45 minutes are up, you can choose to stick around for coffee, tea and snacks where you can meet other local caregivers, see the AYS space, or just keep reading!

Another no pressure environment where we want to promote caregiver self-care and connection. Registration required- please email or call our family support worker, Corrie, at (902) 322-3868 or [email protected].

Our Pop-Up Picnics are kicking back up, but a little different this year! They will be every Wednesday starting TODAY - from 3pm til 5pm, come on down to the Eltuek Arts Centre to get some delicious minestrone soup with a side of foccaccia! Open to everyone and open to all! ♥️
