This year's gathering will feature insightful discussions on Traditional Methodologies and Indigenous Health & Data Sovereignty, led by respected presenters Rylee Restoule and Ophelia O'Donnell.

Together, we'll explore Indigenous-led approaches, strengthen connections across sectors, and advance priorities that support the health and wellness of our communities.

As of July 1, the drop-off location for completed FITs has changed from LifeLabs to Rexall. If you live in an Indigenous community, please contact your health centre or nursing station to discuss drop off options.

If these locations don't work for you, you can also return your completed FIT by mail using the pre-paid yellow return envelope included in the FIT kit.

Explore the impacts of colonization and systemic racism while gaining practical tools to create safer, more inclusive spaces. Grounded in Indigenous knowledge and the Seven Grandfather Teachings, participants will build skills to strengthen trust, relationships, and culturally safe practices.
