One of our longest term clients- I’ve been seeing this young man since he was just a little boy and though he is mostly “nonverbal” his communication skills have vastly improved in the last few years. Namely his ability to focus and use his fine motor skills has skyrocketed since he moved into his teenage years, moving from receptive participation to fully active music making. He even asks for songs by name! Building skills for self-confidence, regulation and expression through musical and non-musical goals is the goal!
