🚨 LESS THAN A YEAR OLD… AND THE SHOWER FAILED.

That meant careful demolition, precision work and a meticulous approach from start to finish.

💧 Installed Schluter-KERDI waterproofing membrane behind the walls
🚿 Brought in a professional licensed plumber
🧱 Carefully worked around the existing tile and flooring
🛠️ And had our crew working day after day until the job was done properly

🚨 KITCHEN RENOVATION ALERT! 🚨

Take a look at this incredible condo kitchen transformation!

Condo renovations come with a whole different level of planning and precision — reserving elevators, moving materials through tight hallways, protecting every surface, and making sure nothing gets damaged along the way.

And that’s just getting started.

This project involved asbestos testing, leveling the floor, removing a wall containing electrical, reframing the ceiling for pot lights, and replacing that old popcorn ceiling with a smooth, clean finish. We then custom-built the island, paid close attention to the sink and countertop finishing, and meticulously adjusted every single door and drawer — and there were a LOT of them!

But the biggest difference is the attention to detail.

New Kitchen Renovation Alert!

A previous client that loved our work referred us to this client in the same building to renovate the kitchen from start to finish.

From removing the old kitchen and hauling everything out (countless elevator trips), to coordinating licensed electricians and plumbers, upgrading an old fuse panel to a new breaker panel, and dealing with all concrete walls that were far from level… every step took precision and planning.

Even with an IKEA kitchen, this turned into a fully custom install — drilling into concrete, straightening every surface, and making everything fit perfectly.

We finished it off with beautiful quartz countertops and under cabinet lighting.

The results speak for themselves. Thanks to Mitchell Thompson and Noah Wiskin for there incredible work and attention to detail!
