What a morning! I can not help but feel over joyed.

After the nerves passed, I felt nothing but positive vibes. The feeling of so many runners working together towards a collective goal is unmatched. That along with the energy from the thousands of families and friends coming to cheer their loved ones on.

I really had no clue what to expect going into this. I was aiming for under 2:20… safe to say consistent work + community can help you accomplish anything.

So far I have a triathlon, half marathon and many 10 ks under my belt… what’s next ?

For now everything hurts… help 😂.

May was such a transformative month for me.

I accomplished a goal I have been working on for months.

I surrounded myself with people who uplift me.

I tried a ton of new things.

I feel so happy and proud of how vastly different I feel than I did a month ago.

So here is your reminder… whether May was your month or not…. A new month is a new opportunity to become the happiest most successful version of yourself.
